What we collect
When you use the contact or quote request form, we collect the details you provide: name, business name, phone number, email address, site type, suburb, and any message you send.
When you use our free tools (Interval Checker, Quote Estimator, Electrical Calculators), the numbers you enter are processed in your browser only and are not sent to us or stored, unless you separately submit them via a contact form.
With your consent (via the cookie banner), we use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, general location (country/region level), device type, and events like button clicks and form submissions. We do not use this data to identify you personally.
How we use it
- To respond to your quote request or enquiry
- To schedule and deliver electrical safety services you've requested
- To send you a compliance reminder before your next test-and-tag or RCD interval is due, if you've asked for one
- To understand and improve how the website is used (only with analytics consent)
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Where your form submissions are stored
Contact and quote form submissions are processed through our website hosting provider's form-handling service and forwarded to ryan@reeflineelectrical.com.au. They are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and, if you become a client, as part of our normal business and compliance records.
Cookies
We use a small number of cookies: one to remember your cookie consent choice, and — if you accept — Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can decline analytics cookies via the banner, or clear cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it, subject to any legal or regulatory record-keeping obligations we have as a licensed electrical contractor (for example, retaining test and tag records). Contact us using the details below.
